He is 11 and there was a massacre two days earlier. While it is.disturbing that a child could have access to a gun and that he would bring it to school, my guess is that he was scared. The reports I read said that he wanted to be able to defend himself. I am not sure what religion has to do.with it.
This was in SLC? Sounds more like something that would happen in Hildale where the parents are brother and sister or father and daughter..............or some sickening incestuous pairing.........GAG
Little John Doe took a handgun to school for self-protection. But a funny thing happened in the cafeteria. He found that the gun was a useful tool for advancing in the lunch line. "Kill ya, coming through," he said to each child in a series of moves to the front of the lunch line.
Later, in math class, Mrs Stevensen, asked John if he'd done his homework. He produced the handgun. "Kill ya," he said.
The police were called, and Sheriff Hyrum Swendensen recapped the case: "The armed child was escorted to a precinct firing rage where he was taught to properly operate the weapon. This procedure should negate any risk," he said with a straight face. "Boys will be priesthood bays."
