My heart goes out to you. I don't really know your situation, but please, get to a counselor as soon as you can, even if it's just a school counselor. Talk to any adult you trust and don't hold it inside. Ask your parents to find you a counselor, that was the best thing I ever did. When I was your age, I had terrible anxiety and depression, complete with paranoia. I always felt like something terrible was going to happen. There is help out there and it does get better. I'll be praying. Keep us posted.
