This post http://exmormon.org/phorum/read.php?2,772686,776500#msg-776500 got me wondering if I should file a grievance report of my own. I quit my job under inauspicious circumstances at the school I go to, and ever since then I've been getting harassed by former employees while I'm walking around campus while they're on the clock.

I don't want to go into much detail about this on here because like someone once told me, many Mormon people monitor this site, and the majority of my former coworkers were self-professed Mormons.

Is this something I should say something about to HR or just ignore it. I've been harassed about a half a dozen times over the past twelve months or so since I quit. It hasn't happened lately, though.

Contact a lawyer who specialises in workplace harassment cases.

Get it on record, then contact a lawyer. Right to work doesn't mean NO rights.

Document, document, document. Take pix, video, keep a little notebook and write things down.

When you have corroborative evidence, you can then take your evidence to an attorney and see if you have any actionable claims.

What may seem like harassment to you might actually just turn out to be annoying behavior and not illegal in any way. Example, if you quit your job and still see former coworkers around and they say things to you, that's not a "hostile work environment." It might be stalking if you can prove it's always this one person and they are literally following you around with the express purpose of harassing you. I don't know why you'd go see HR at a company you don't work for anymore. What would you expect HR to do for someone who is not their employee?

Basically, the burden of proof is on you. Don't go see a lawyer if all you've got is "but I saw her at the bowling alley and she snubbed me!"
