Sometimes you get answers, and sometimes the Holy Cow is too sacred to throw on the barbie.

I sometimes wonder if there is something in common with some of the people involved that adds to the holy cow being so sacred.

Maybe we need 10 more, to make the one not seem like such a strong flavor.

Nope, maybe not.

Beef. It's what's for dinner.

the more you roast it, the tougher it gets. And chewing on it raw is unpalatable.

Oh, what to do? What to do?

I withstood the temptation to stab a fork in it again elsewhere, knowing that the flavor would be unpalatable, release more of the aroma, and take away from the pleasure of the original menu. So I walked away from the table.

Throw it on the roof until it turns to jerky.

as it is a Holy Cow to begin with, it is already jerky.

Eat more chicken. It's delicious and not a flavor of the month. I totally get this thread. Voltaire, you think therefore you are (wait that's Descartes. Oh well, it's all French to me). Don't stop thinking.

I see that an attempt to cover the stench was made by putting a better cut of meat on the BBQ.

For some it probably works. I still remember what was on the grill prior and have lost my apatite for even a better cut.

There is something about the stench of sacred that lingers around the steak from a Holy Cow that makes me wanna go be a vegetarian. LOL! Or a Pastafarian.

:-)
