opinions on getting my named removed, email or mail....

Just wondering if anyone has a preference and why.

Its been a few years since anyone has shown up at my house thankfully, mostly due to a long distance move and they havent found me yet. I dont really want the stalking to start again but I want my name removed.

I sent my resignation via e-mail using this site's directions and form letter on Sunday 3/3/13. The official response was in my mailbox by Thursday 3/7/13. (I live in AZ.)
