If by "universal" you mean worldwide, in Europe that already happened fifty years ago, the Americas are doing it now and Africa will come follow eventually.

If you mean across religions everywhere in the USA, catholics and jews go first, other christians are a little later, with baptists and cults hanging around the longest I guess?
