Help distract me?

I've been listening to Fink's "Dark Shadow" on repeat since Monday. I'm going to try to stop after tomorrow. I can't get to Kerry's service, and I'm feeling pretty shitty about that and the whole thing and I'm just morose and blargh. And I am not interested in any happy music. Even "As" by Stevie Wonder is going to fuck me up.

Enough about that.

When the going gets tough, the tough talk about sex.

Any switches here? ;-)

Hi Beth,

I'm new here and don't know you, but I have enjoyed your posts and your sense of humor a lot.

Sorry to hear you're in a rut. I think I know how that feels; hope you can find some peace.

Musically, have you listened to Placebo? They do an amazing cover of Kate Bush's "Running up that Hill," that acts as a poultice for me. Their "Broken Promises" does that, too.

And as far as switching goes, sure, why not :)

I love Drake. He is from near me in Toronto and used to be the guy in the wheelchair on the tv show Degrassi
