What would the suit charge them with? Seems to me we all willingly went in and poured out our innermost secrets. The only real sanction they could levy on us if we declined was they wouldn't let us in the super spiffy temple.

Not sure a lawsuit would bet anywhere.

However, the publicity would be golden. If the average person were aware of what actually happened in those interviews, LDS Inc would be viewed much more harshly, particularly now that they are going to have children cyber recruiting.

Youtube would be far more powerful than the courts now.

I don't know about U.S. law but we checked with a U.K. lawyer. The 'get out' clause for the church will be the fact that TBM parents give their consent to the interviews.

However, comment by 'deco' is probably the way to go "Youtube would be far more powerful than the courts now."

A video is being produced which will go 'viral'.
