The temple of polyester.

The temple is all about polyester. You wear polyester slippers, polyester pants, a polyester tie. All the temple goodies are kept in a polyester pouch, The fake fig leave apron is major polyester and the sash is polyester. My apron was so slippery I had to double tie it to keep it on.

The veil is polyester. In the movie Eloheim and Jehova are wearing polyester and have polyester beards and hair. Eden does look more organic because the Dupont chemical corporation has not appeared on the scene yet. Maybe that's why Adam and Eve were naked. You have to have polyester to get closer to God.

When I first went through the temple, almost 30 years ago, I baught some leather slippers that were being clearanced at the distribution center. I always liked them because they kept my feet warmer during the sessions, and it is easier to sleep if you are comfortable ;)
