WOW SCARY!! Bats were a big problem in san diego too. I was told if u see em in the day time they probably sick. since normally theyre out at dawn or dusk. You did the right things, Bats bumping into people isnt normal. Racoons are also known to carry rabies. An article said if you see one thats having trouble walking thats a bad sign.
