These guys were all around in 1978. The supreme court is going to make a ruling on gay marriage and it will likely become legal throughout the country. They will once again be on the outside of decent society and they are trying to avoid having to pay any consequences for their beliefs. Most importantly, they need to protect the tax exempt status.

Go to the police station and file a report. You're right. They probably won't do anything about it the first time, but it documents the harassment. If it continues, you'll have a pattern that you can show. I would report that I recently escaped from a cult and now they are sending their followers to my home to harass me.

Before heading to the Philippines, they taught me the word for debt was "utang" but failed to mention that the word for nipple was "utong". I learned that after telling an entire family that the prophet has counseled us to avoid nipples. (Which I guess was technically true).

I got a text from a semi-TBM friend of mine this morning. He just wanted to let me know that he was in primary today and a 3 year old gave a talk teaching that marriage should be between a man and a woman. I never cease to be amazed. What parent thought that they should write a talk for their 3 year old about gay marriage on EASTER Sunday. You can't make this stuff up.

Come meet like minded people this Sunday Downtown at 10:30 am. Container Park has a variety of food, drinks, and shops and is a great outdoor area to area to relax and enjoy conversation. In Nevada, I know for a fact that they are self-insured for auto. One of my clients was hit by a church owned car driven by missionaries. The entire claims process was a nightmare. He ended up getting an attorney to get the claim settled even though he didn't want to. He said he was not the suing type but couldn't get anything accomplished with them on his own.

I think you can't truly back same sex marriage while still doing what it takes to get a temple recommend. Paying a full tithe knowing that the church is using that money to fight equal rights puts you squarely against the fight for same sex marriage. The two are mutually exclusive in my mind. That being said, the church will definitely give you a temple recommend as long as you claim to obey

When I was EQP, sacred forms like this were trotted out every now and then by some ambitious stake leader. He would use the fact that we weren't being obedient and using the sacred form as the reason why we couldn't reactivate anyone and the new members were going inactive. We would all feel really guilty for being so slothful and ignoring the sacred form. Everyone in ward council would carefull
