I think that's what I'm working towards - how to use the experience (instead of letting it use me, exactly as you said). I'll have to give myself some more time, I think. Slowly, it's getting better.

Hello everyone, I recently wrote post on my blog about my journey out of Mormonism, and my recovery process. For some background, I was hard-core Mormon until young adulthood, when I discovered real church history and subsequently left the church.
