Uh ok. This sounds kind of unethical. It's not like your at a party or anything, you were there for your work! Mormons dont like confrontation. They believe confrontation is the "spirit of contention." You should let them know that they were causing "spirits of contention" there.

You may not be comfortable with what your therapists says all the time, but this is why you visit him/her because they are professionals on human behaviors. You dont know how to handle the situation, so you went to a PROFESSIONAL on dealing with these situations and you say "Nah, that makes me uncomfortable?" We have a saying in my family; "The more you move out of your comfort zon

Lol you know what you should say? "Ugh I know what you mean about stereotypes. Dont you hate it when people think that all black people have dark skin? Oh and dont even get me started on why people think all asians originated from Asia at some point in their history... so rediculous."

"she says it is a waste of time and money since we would have to arrange and pay for babysitters" Wow. Are you serious? Does she not understand that your children's foundation is built off of YOUR marriage? You two need a healthy relationship for the sake of your children's development. Get counceling. Seriously. That is the lamest excuse I have ever heard. "Oh dear, we may have

Great post... I just have one comment. I think it's silly to believe in anything about the afterlife. By this I mean it's silly to say you believe their is one and it's silly to say you believe there isnt. Nobody knows. I just admit that I have no idea and I dont come up with beliefs for it. What do i know? That I want to help sustain life with my death: http://www.treehugger.com/sustainable-p

"If you have too much money you'll go to hell." Well that's a new one. Usually Christians say this. For mormons it's "Oh you must be so righteous because God has blessed you with good wealth!"

That's not a stereotype, that's a fact. Mormons marry for "eternity."

They teach you to fear your own judgements. By this I mean logic and emotions. Why would God give us logic and emotion if we are not supposed to use them? Oh yeah... you all know the mormon answer to this one right? "They are used to test you." Seriously God... you're pathetic. "Do this or else you don't love me! Waaaah!" Oh hey, my fiance was taught that pokemon was evil.

So because I believe porn would be cheating (in my relationship, but I really dont care what other people do with theirs) I am an "overly-dependent and insecure?" xyz... you dont even KNOW me... so dont even begin to judge my character just because I disagree with something that you agree with.

I would have to agree with the people here that say it depends on the couple's definition of cheating. If she is uncomfortable with it, dont do it. This isnt about heaven or hell anymore, it's about having a healthy relationship with your wife. Some people have an open relationship where they have threesomes, or watch porn together, or have sex with different partners, etc. If both parties ag

Oh yeah... it's soooo easy. I just love the idea of taking everything I believe and built my life and relationships on and crushing it between my fingers, then watching my friends and family shun me because they consider me an evil appostate, then (and this is what Im really excited for) face the fact that I will die and I may just rot in the ground alone. God! Life is so easy to face now that I

I know two people in my life who act like children. The interesting coorelation is they both feel that they missed their childhood because they were forced to grow up quickly due to living in a rough or abusive household. Maybe they are trying to capture something they never had? Just my theory.

My mother is a really great gift giver. In fact she bought everything I needed to decorate my bathroom last year... HOWEVER... one year she gave my brother in law (atheist) a BIBLE! She said "I just thought everyone should have one! :D" I know she ment well, but this was not ok. Would if the tables were turned and someone gave her the satanic bible and said "I just thought every

Me and my fiance have a rule in our house "If you want it done right you gotta do it yourself." We have no quarrels over silly things like folding laundry, doing the dishes, etc. He knows I like the house in a very particular order, so guess what? I do all the house work and I dont bitch about it either.

Im pissed. I can only see this going one way... family oriented star wars. ICK!!! How dare you disney... take my beautiful star wars and crush it! Im just about as pissed about this as when Nintendo FORCED me to use the Wiimote in order to play The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword AND had the audacity to call it "the best zelda game ever!" I was not NEARLY as impressed as I was with all z

So your going to leave your wife if Romney wins? How about you tell her that her smugness bothers you instead? You know... try to fix the relationship? If she isnt willing to respect you for your beliefs, then that is a good reason; but for God's sake have you talked to her about this?

I have a hard time dealing with dogs other than border collies. I dont have the patience for stupid dogs. I grew up poorly associated with them, so I still get nervous around mine cuz he is my first dog and Ive only had him for a year. Lol. Im a cat person... but I love my border collie/ausie mix. He gives me very little problems. He doesnt slobber, hump, roll in poop, bite, chew, attack other do
