Wow, so much insanity, hard to wrap my head around. I have heard of #5 before though. I don't know the particulars or how this is even possible, but about 15 - 20 years ago, I remember there was a guest on Howard Stern's show who was anti-taxes and was successful in a court case. Now, considering how long ago it was, my memory is a bit spotty and I could be misremembering.

Is he in the US? If so can't he just take the cash out of his account and "spend" it by buying a prepaid debit card (found at the grocery store in the gift card section, cvs, etc.). Otherwise, can he buy travelers checks with it and then cash them when he gets home? I think they might perform on cue. There are other videos on youtube of similarly obnoxious mormon missionaries. Depending on their level of obnoxiousness, they might even be proud to have their domineering pitch captured on film. Though it might be best if you get someone else to do the refusing, and you just film. I don't know if they will do a repeat performance for you if you bring the camera

I watched it and loved it, then ended up watching the whole series (or all of the episodes posted to youtube). I was also surprised about the expectation for the kids to quit cold turkey. All of the teens in all of the episodes smoked and had the same rules. The producers should have advised them all to pack some nicorette. I was also surprised that there were no missionary moments, I suspect
