I always have hoped some big whig in TSCC or a Mormon superstar like Romney or Jabari would come across Joe's Myth, have their shelf break, and announce why they or no longer Mormon. I keep hoping. I would hope people would follow and a large all at once exodus would happen where the church would lose a huge percentage of active BIC members.

Will we ever see a massive blow to the church when members will leave all at once? Or will we continue to see the slower exodus of mormons leaving because of them finding out info individually on google?

That isn't even unreasonable. Who wants to be a cafeteria worker? What kind of connections would you need to get that job anyway? You could probably go into a school and come out with a lunch lady job with school district benefits. Be happy for her. If she isn't going to hurt the kids and smokes a little good stuff now and then, don't be a snitch.

From the heart of Happy Valley and served in Shitramento California. Members would give me shit about being from Utah all the time. I learned most the Mormons there were just like the Mormons in Utah. Some were over the top orthodox. Some were more laid back and closer to jack mormon type. They thought they were so wonderful and righteouss that they were "building the kingdom outside of zion

What is soaking? The hot new craze that morg youth in happy valley are all up in each other about. Literally... A guy will stick his dingaling in a girls snatch and let it "soak" and not move. As long as there is no moving back and forth they haven't completely broken the LOC. Heard it from a jack mo at work. Can't provide a link. But if your a ex mo like me u can see the possibility of

Here is some Sunday inspiration. One of the greatest covers in rock history played by 1000 musicians covering the Foo Fighters "Learn to Fly." Felt the "spirit" stronger watching this than any song sung by motab. This is amazing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JozAmXo2bDE&safe=active

Said every mormon ever... I never did though. I always came out of the temple creeped out wondering what the hell was wrong with me. Of course I would say I learned things just to go along with the sheeple. But deep down I was frustrated thinking I was to wicked to receive any inspiration from the Lard. Really I was in the right to be creeped out and not learn anything. I just didn't know it at t

I always felt that the girls never had it as fair as the boys growing up in the morg. Scouts was way better than personal progress. The church is sexist. But at the same time, why take it out on the boys? Scouts wasn't always fun

I love the Boy Scouts of America. I am a proud Eagle Scout and always will be. As much as growing up Mormon sucked, scouts was one of the only good things I got out of it. I could go on forever about how great scouts has been for me. But to sum up my scouting experience in a few words, it helped me discover myself and taught me good morals and values. I hate to see TSCC get all bent out of sh

1. Find a cardio workout you love. For example, I hate running. But put a basketball in my hand or throw me a football I'll run all day. I don't even think of it as running cuz its a game to me. You might like Zumba, riding a bike, crossfit, or running outside or on a treadmill. (If you do crossfit research it first. Crossfit is a fad right now and is producing great results. However, people that

The first thing I'd do is dig up Cumorah and get all of them golden plates and other treasures of the Nephites. Then I'd turn the mall into a homeless shelter. After that I'd announce that tithing is going to be raised to 30% of gross income while wearing a Jesus was a black man t-shirt

I think some mormon guys do it for the "hey look at me!" part of it. I know a lot of guys do it though because it is something that is badass and it is not technically against the religion. Being in the church you are so restricted. Grown ass men cry over the pulpit in fast and testimony meeting. I think its a healthy way to release that emotional bullshit and pent up anger that comes f

It seems like brainwashing can be so powerful that she will stay even though she knows its wrong all because she wants it to be true so bad. Because of people like her the church will probably always exist.

"The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place It will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me or nobody is going to hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you're hit, it is about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much can you take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!" -Roc
