Her blog is called The Beagley Bunch, but it is now only viewable by invited readers. I think she's been getting a lot of harassment.

Does the LDS adoption service bring in children from Russia? I thought they worked only with unwed mormon moms finding mormon homes for the babies.

No, LDS adoption service does not adopt from foreign countries. This mother probably got the children through a service that specializes in foreign adoptions, most likely one that is headquartered in Russia.
