Martin MacNeill trial is fascinating

I'm sure non-mo trial watchers will be curious about these undefined words they're using in court like "stake," "temple" and "garments." I know if I didn't already know about these things from hanging out here that I'd be googling all of it.

Does anyone know if the daughters are still LDS members?

I would like to know the same thing, are the girls still LDS?
Has TSCC excommunicated Martin or Gypsy? Please someone in the know, give us a little inside info.

I keep watching it, but for an entirely personal reason! My son is the court ballif and I sometimes see him on the news clips.

Just heard about this case and researched it a bit.

Made me think of the Under the Banner of Heaven, and Krakaur's connection of violence and murder to Mormonism.

While I think this guy is a douche - I'm not sure he's guilty of murder. I won't be surprised if he is aqquited.
