I know from touring the Sacramento, California temple that they do voodoo stuff after the tourists like me have seen a newly constructed building. Then up goes the "veil" etc.
DW and I were in Mantua (6 mi. east Of Brigham City) before the SLC EXmo Conf. We saw one of the largest "houses" in town which looked like a church but with no sign out front.

So back to topic. Does the church unconsecrate sold buildings so it is not defiled by wild parties/

That's a good question, Jerry. Because I know of at least 3 chapels in this area that have been sold over the decades.

Also, the chapels were purchased by Nonmo churches.

A nice letter is mailed from Greg Dodge's office stating that the building's name has been removed. :)

I looked it up on Goggle maps and it is a Latin Cross design. How interesting.

Is that the only church building in Mantua? Do they all have to drive down into Brigham City for church?
