Apologies for the multiple posts

We did. The board can move very quickly so the thread has dropped below somewhere.

Was this the surprise Tom Phillips was alluding to? I wouldn't think it is but just want to check?

Now if only I could win the lottery. I'd gladly give a million dollar$ to MormonThink to post dozens of these signs all along I-15 for years to come.

Where is it located? I hope it's in the morridor.

It is off of I-15 just south of Salt Lake City between 33 South and 45 South. It's on the left side of the road (because right-reads were not available in the area).

The surprise has been discussed here before. It is Tom's undertaking and not really a MormonThink endeavor but we totally support his efforts.

Left side of the road if you're southbound? I.e., on the east side of I-15. That's what I would guess based on the photo.

I'm happy to see this up! Best $20 I ever spent. :D

Someone pinned it to Pintrest, hopefully a ton of people will see it there. I repinned it and will have my daughter do the same as she has tons of Mormon friends on there. Love it!

If someone can get a better (dSLR type) photo of it, please do! Most of the MT staff lives outside Utah (interestingly, a lot of us in the SE or East coast) so we can't actually grab a photo.

thanks!

Beautiful.

I think I would have taken I-15 on my drives from the cottonwood area to the library to read up on mormon history. I did this while going through the lessons with the missionaries at my girlfriend's request.

If we had a sign like this back then, I would have saved myself a lot of time.

Thanks to all who made this happen.

I bet LDS Inc does not like the words "Mormon" and "think" together.

I think it is a nice shot across the bow reminding them that they do not control everything.

Do you think that TBMs will look at this?

Aren't they banned from looking at 'Anti' material?

LOL. Jus the sign could be enough to shake someone out of the religion. Mormon . . . Think. By the time they get to work they're ready to resign.

I am not so sure they would consider this 'anti' material. Some may actually surf there thinking it is a LDS site.

There are many, many pro LDS sites that clearly state 'not affiliated'

Additionally, non mormons living in LDS country probably will visit the site, as they must be constantly bombarded at work and home.

This may cause some one on one conversations in the morridor.

Personally I am amazed that the SMC or the danites have not torched it yet, although that would draw even more attention to it.
