It is off of I-15 just south of Salt Lake City between 33 South and 45 South. It's on the left side of the road (because right-reads were not available in the area).
Someone pinned it to Pintrest, hopefully a ton of people will see it there. I repinned it and will have my daughter do the same as she has tons of Mormon friends on there. Love it!
If someone can get a better (dSLR type) photo of it, please do! Most of the MT staff lives outside Utah (interestingly, a lot of us in the SE or East coast) so we can't actually grab a photo.

I think I would have taken I-15 on my drives from the cottonwood area to the library to read up on mormon history. I did this while going through the lessons with the missionaries at my girlfriend's request.
If we had a sign like this back then, I would have saved myself a lot of time.
