Ever Add Up Your Tithes and Offerings?

Including tithing, fast offerings, BoM funds and total funds of my own I spent while on a mission, my amount totals just under $189K! Not bragging, just...well....holy shit! I coulda had a V12 (Lamborghini)!

I was such a devout moron.

Just sayin'...

to count them as a tax deduction as we itemized (lots more things were deductible!!) and when we got tax refunds, I call them: TITHING REFUNDS!! :-)

Re: Ever Add Up Your Tithes and Offerings? -- One more thing I just remembered. We figured

our taxes with and without the charitable donations. Using the church donations, we got about 1/3 more of our paid taxes back. It went up even more when we sent checks made out to the LDS Church for missions.
