Can Anyone Share Just One "Good Thing" TSCC Does That Doesn't Have Strings Attached To It or An Ulterior Self Serving Motive For Itself? Preferably something unique to TSCC that would support its claim as the "One And Only True Church" of Christ.*
I'm not talking about good deeds done by individual members (which can be found in virtually any church, Christian or not), but something the TSCC itself has intiated for the Christlike benefit of its members and nonmembers.
*And please, don't mention the mere pittance of their tithing receipts, less than 1%, TSCC gives in charity (probably done in part just to maintain their tax exempt status).

They have basketball courts in their buildings. You'll probably have to have a temple recommend in order to play at some point in the future, but not yet.
Did you find out about TSCC's offer to help pay for the vandalized menorah thru the news media or was their good work done in secret like the Bible teaches? I suspect the former, because TSCC can't bring themselves to perform any charity (i.e. yellow shirted "Helping Hands" Mormons, etc.) without trumpeting their good works to the world. Always, an Ulterior Self Serving Motive For Itself.
They dress nice Hm. I'm trying to think what else. They do some fun events in my community like Easter egg hunt and I can't think right now but other events too. They provide food when someone is sick and give cookies. That is probably their most charitable thing they do on a regular basis.

Sorry, snuckafoodberry, but individual Mormon members pay for this food/cookies out of their own pockets. I think we can safely say that people from most any other religion would do at least as much.
They start out by infant mind control: "I know the church is twoo."
Nothing but lies and cover ups after that, unless you count "be honest" and "work hard" - which are lessons most all parents & churches & governments teach us all our lives.
I think there is a missonary apartment in my 'hood. See 'em ride by daily. TSCC does me good by seeing them and thinking "I'm glad I'm not into that crap."
"If we'd of grown up without the church, our life would have been much worse."
The above statement is one i've heard over and over from family members. How would they know? It's their excuse for staying in a church that they don't really believe in. They're like flies stuck on fly paper. They may start to move off of it, but then put their foot right back down. They're stuck. Stuck until their life is over. Their entire view of life is from watching it while hanging on to their fly paper. They stay, and starve themselves to death emotionally. They're comfortable there. They want you to join them.
My convert daughter actually said to me "I don't know where I'd be without the church."
Well, she wasn't Mormon until she was nineteen. I jumped all over her about that pointing out that ALL her non-Mormon family were pretty outstanding people and her statement was insulting and just dumb.
For 10%+ of their income plus countless hours of work using personal time from work, school and family, plus two years of their youth in indentured servitude as unpaid, corporation salesmen, plus post-retirement missions, Mormons get a place to meet. That is it: a place to meet, but they have to clean the toilets and vacuum. What a god-awful scam.
This is what my TBM bro says to me. The problem is, truth = christ and christ = truth. Just like the mormons talk about having the fullness of the everlasting gospel of jesus christ, so should they be held to the fire and accountability for not pushing themselves further than the catholics, jews, jw's, lutherans, etc.. to find the truth.
If there is only "One Faith", then shouldn't they be their own teachings be searching beyond the icing of the cake?
They are as phony as all the other religious folks I taught on my mission. Its important for them to drag a catholic out of the catholic church and baptise them mormon, but if the mormon church is false, then the same rule does not apply.
