First, thanks for the words of encouragement. I know I was brief and vague, and your thoughts and jokes were helpful before I gave my horrifying but necessary speech. (And I did know what I was going to talk about, I just was anfearful, whereas now I am anhungered for booze.)

The talk went really well. The Spirit was so strong and hard and throbbing you could hear him sigh ever so gently while he aroused everyone's faculties; and people were touched. Deeply touched.

My boss's boss's boss talked to me after and we might be presenting to all the regional managers so that they have further light and knowledge to the philosophies of men about PTSD.

Specifically I spoke about my symptoms and the difficulties and challenges we face at work because of lack of understanding/misperceptions, etc.

And I'm going back into a therapist (or The Rapist for Alex Trebeck) next Friday.

Edit: PS. I didn't swear ONCE during my whole presentation.
