She reposted it and this time it's not coming down.

She is ready to exmo.org, I wonder if she is here yet.

Good for her. More people need to actively resist the TSCC's bigotry and hatred for anything "other".

Can't name the site, as I get a reject before posting...go figure.... But....this is good news... It is the number one item! Maybe you can figure out where I "read it" with this clue.

I like that site you allude to. Especially since it promotes bacon and narwhals!

Wow! I just saw this on the front page of that popular news site so I came here to make sure it was on a thread. I hope a lot of people will see it!

The slippery slope of NOT allowing some people to marry just because of the personal morality of other. What about when they decide next that MY marriage isn't OK?

I think it's wrong for one group of people to vote on the rights allowed another group of people. When I use that at church the TBM's get very defensive and give arguments that gawd/morality trumps all personal freedoms.

Their counter argument is exactly why we should never vote for anyone with a strong religious bent. You never know when gawd will tell them to do something stupid.

It doesn't matter if the Prophet is wrong, she will still be blessed!

.......... and she mustn't criticise any leaders of the church 'even if the criticism is true'.

When the Prophet speaks the thinking has been done.

She is very brave. Ace Video.

Good for here, but DAYUM!!!! She even sounds like a Mormon. What is it about the voice inflections that are the "tell" for Mormons? I can't put my finger on it.

I swear on my mission I could guess with 80%+ accuracy what religion someone was within a moment of just meeting them. Sometimes even just by looking at them.

(I make no assertion that my accuracy rate was actually over 80% lol)

I hope she does come to this board. I would really like what else she has to say. She obviously doesn't let the prophet when to tell her to stop thinking.

I like this comment from she made on her own post because it illustrates perfectly the bullying behavior of the church and how it conditions its members to obey.

"Thanks for the love everyone. As to being a hero, mostly I’m just a recovering chicken. I took the video down 2 years ago believing my actions were for the greater good of my family and religion, but found it was merely to protect myself. At the time, I was even afraid to discuss publicly the threats against my standing in the church. It’s one of the biggest regrets I have in my life. Putting it back up without the firestorm of the Prop 8 debate surrounding it just doesn’t seem so brave, but it’s a first step toward making sure I don’t make a decision out of fear again."
