Hasn't it ever been so? Religion gets this free pass no matter how ridiculous their doctrines... Doctrines used to convince the gullible to part with their cash.

Someday this will flip over. Someday religions will be held accountable as the common hucksters, frauds and con-men that they clearly are. I hope I live to see that day, and filing cases like this, no matter how unlikely they are to prevail is what needs to be done to call attention to the injustice.
