I noticed that as well. Just as I was going to bed, I thought "you need to grab that while you can" and then I brushed it off, only to find this morning that it was private.

Wow, the more I watch the actions of LDS, the more I learn. Truly scary how tightly control everything is within the church.

I think it was most likely the individual user made the video private, rather than the church.

I grabbed a copy of it last night. I'm uploading a copy now. Will post a link when it is complete.

You are wonderful. I need to ask my kids how to "grab" a video.

I learned how to copy YouTube videos to my hard drive when I feared the Bednar video being pulled. (Where he uses the Devil lesson to scare little Bryson.)

Here's how to do it:

Download the software from 4kvideodownloader:

Then you simply plug in the URL for the YouTube video, and choose the resolution and it saves the video.

You shouldn't post a video if your going to take it down. If the individual who shot the footage was forced to do so, the hosting entity should state so.

Monson is a modern day example (as was ETB) that TSCC needs a new plan for their Apostles. This guy (TSM) should be sitting on a porch somewhere contemplating his life and enjoying what time he has left on the earth. To parade him around like the church does will inevitably lead to odd behavior.

The problem is so many TBMs don't think logically. They see the prophet and see him as this sweet old man and can't imagine anyone thinking anything badly about the video. THere is so free thought. I would imagine a friend told a friend and someone told the OP that the video might not look right to outsiders and said it might be best to remove it. And they probably removed it or hid it because they don't want to look bad. And still they won't be able to see the bigger picture, they'll just see that bad non-mormons might use it.

That's the truth 1000 times. I've heard TBM talks about Hinckley like they would take about a recently-deceased grandparent.

He looks nuttier than a fruit cake. I've worked with Memory Care residents. He would fit right in with those folks.

That was kinda sad. I only saw 39 seconds, is that right? Anyway, he's not a freakin rock star. Why are they cheering and screaming like that at the profit? Should it not have been much more solemn and reverent?
