Can anyone explain to me what the lesbian speaker was saying about mormon women being lesbians. Was she saying the pioneers were or polygamists were or what. I did not get it.

was about lesbians as part of the polygamy experience.

I think the scene was trying to show how easy it is to get sidetracked into worrying about sexual orientation when the topic of the little meeting was supposed to be women holding the priesthood.

It was confusing though.

pioneer women who were lesbian. I recall some sort of research on it.

along with the stupidity of assuming Barb's a lesbian because she wants the priesthood.

I guess her wanting the priesthood seems reasonable to people who weren't raised Mormon. Even men having it seems crazy to me. They do a really good job of showcasing the craziness.

My favorite line from last night's episode, by Don: "What's going on with us, Bill? Nobody's ever tried to kill me before."

A lot of controversial topics were discussed.

I have a question, though. Has Albie always had the "pompadour" hairstyle or is it just getting more pronounced?

their hair that is.

Alby has been looking like JS since he decided that's who he was channeling.

I loved the "nobody's ever tried to kill me before" line as well.

And they got one wrong - whatshername, who had been dating a BYU guy who is now on a mission said, "he took his mission."

I noticed that too. Nobody who was raised Mormon would ever say that.

But I have another question.

Did any of you ever say "took sacrament" instead of "took the sacrament" or "didn't take the sacrament. The said "took sacrament" several times talking about Barb's refusal.
