Tom Phillips was a guest on the Infants on Thrones website in February 2014. He answered questions in a panel discussion of his criminal law suit: "The Summons: Tom Phillips vs. Thomas S. Monson." This is a 3-part series. Part 3 is primarily a round table discussion among the panelists. So I have only transcribed parts 1 and 2 that include Tom giving his report on matters. I took a great deal of time to get the text accurate and format the PDF files for an easy read, especially when listening to the podcast and following along.

In seriousness, thanks for the efforts, it's worth a read for those seriously interested in this and what Tom is up against. You know, as opposed to those who are certain that Toms action will be the end of the LDS church.

Come Friday it will be all very clear this is not the big deal that people believe and want it to be. I can recognize Toms hard work, I can give credit to the media coverage it has gained and will likely gain come Friday.

Legally no hope.
