Plan B Theater Company’s Eric Samuelsen's "3"
Is a total HOOT in looking at LDS Culture, great one for TBM spouses.
Where you ever projectified?
Listen to a run down on the play here:
http://radiowest.kuer.org/post/eric-samuelsens-3Wednesday, we're profiling the last play in Plan B Theatre's season dedicated to Utah playwright Eric Samuelsen. It's called 3, and it consists of three one-acts about contemporary Mormon women. Samuelsen's play doesn't follow the headlines of LDS women seeking access to the Church's all-male priesthood, and it's not the satirical characters often found on Utah stages. It's an intimate portrait of women navigating their own culture. He'll join Doug, along with director Cheryl Ann Cluff and cast, to talk about the production.
Plan B Theatre Company's "3" runs March 27 - April 6 at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. Shows are Thursdays and Fridays at 8, Saturdays at 4 and 8, with a Sunday matinee at 2.
