What is this religious obsession with hats? Do you think the TSCC feels left out?

No hats.
Rather, it seems, they much prefer wearing egg on their face.

I don't know, there's the janitor hat, mother, father, tattletale, priesthood holder, organist, home teacher, visiting teacher, ward clerk, missionary. Some members are asked to wear all hats in one calling!

It has to be a Stovepipe hat in order to see anything in it.

True.

Then there's the "believer" hat (cocked hat).
Or the LDS hat-of-many-colors.
Liar's hat.
Fraudster hat.
Racist hat.
Misogynist hat.
Polygamous hat.
Hypocrisy hat.
Holier-than-thou hat.
Celestial hat.
Exaltation hat.
Outer Darkness hat.
Testimony hat.
Apostate hat...oops!...that's mine. Sorry...

Back in the '60s, when my brothers were missionaries, they were required to wear hats. That was back when it was thought by certain behind-the-times religious leaders in Salt Lake City that a proper gentleman never went out without a hat. One brother wore a dark gray fedora with a 3" brim -- almost a cowboy hat. The other wore a sportier, brown, narrow-brim pork pie hat. I'm sort of glad my mission was after that era and before the bicycle helmet era.

I would have filmed that video in a parking garage or a busy warehouse.

Think it would be very fitting for the elite Saturday and Sunday to be sitting in their general conference so-called-seats-of-honor wearing a black-very-tall-Joe-Smith-stovepipe-hat.

Infact, I think it should be announced at this conference that from now on this is a new revealed apparel-requirement for all the p-holders to wear along with their white shirt and and tie in this the lard's truwooo church.

It is time for some moron-sophistication.
