"Can you explain God?"

According to their own theology, I don't think they can.

And that's kind of a deal killer, dontcha think?

I don't think that is a stumper for Mormons... at least ones that have gone through the CES.

Smith and Co. talked a lot about the nature of god, who he is, where he came from, why we need him, etc.

Mormon God:

He's an exalted man like Donald Trump, and with the same interest in real estate acquisition. Don't piss him off, because he can buy your building and double your rent. He prefers that you admire him from afar, so don't call. Let the bellhop take care of your immediate needs.

How about this stumper I've used on LDS...

"If God is all knowing and all powerful, can he create a rock so heavy he can't lift it?"

If he's all knowing he can create any size rock he wants. If he's all powerful, he should be able to lift any size rock. Catch-22.

I was told that a question like this is sacrilegious. Whatever.

Even simpler: if God is all knowing can it create someone with freewill?

If god is all powerful, can he microwave a burrito so hot that he himself cannot eat it?

Step one: Microwave one minute
Step two: Enjoy

God isn't all that. I've yet to see him cure a case of PMS. I don't care how much olive oil is involved.

Joseph Smith said in the Lectures on Faith, and in the King Follett Discourse that it was our duty, and the key to our salvation to understand and to know the true character of God and his attributes.

The Lectures on Faith description of God is a direct opposite of the description given in the King Follett Discourse and D&C 130.

My favorite TBM stumper is to ask that given the First Vision is the foundational event of the restoration, why do we have this difficulty.

Our god in his mortal existence grew up in circumstances that caused him to be illiterate. Why else could he create planets but can't create a book without JOseph Smith as middle man?
