First cleaning, then landscaping, now...

I received an email assigning me to splits with the missionaries. In a ward I've never ACTUALLY attended. With an EQ presidency I've never met.

Because THAT will be a reason I'll go back to church.

Maybe you should send them an invite.

Invite them over to clean your house, take care of the landscape, and make you dinner.

I would tell them that they don't need to worry about visiting your neighbors unannounced though. When you were a mere child you learned it was bad manners to do that.

Except I like my toilet to be, you know, ACTUALLY CLEAN when the 'cleaning' is done. And only so much funeral potatoes and jello salad a person can handle. Haha.

I'm still laughing as I type this. I never will understand the rationale behind things like this.

When I was in leadership positions, I always fought for the person on the other end. I figured if they didn't want to be bothered, we wouldn't bug them - what a concept!
