I thought citizenship is based on where Mittens was born, not his parents. And he was born in the US, was he not?

Mitt's genealogy is a history issue, period, and the only political issue that matters is how his religion affects his view on the constitutional separation of church and state. It is relevant that the history of the LDS religion includes the theocracy that Utah was governed by from 1849 until statehood, and the elements which do persist to this day.

Incidentally, on the history issue I engaged in a bit a of fact-checking debate with no less than Lawrence O'Donnell on his blogsite. One of his staff replied; took a look at the facts, and well...
