I don't think the person you're referring to is a troll.

Trolls want to engage in a big argument and try to push buttons by aggressively challenging people on the board.

This person just threw a few laughable Molotov cocktails and then ran and hid under their bed.

That's not a troll, more like a 7-year-old boy.
