are Canadian mormons funny?

I find Canadians funny. Does the mormon cancel it out?

The closest mormonism came to a canadian prophet (I think) was 3d generation canadian-american.

definitely. Don't you remember when they hosted the olympics recently? I saw some stuff at the closing ceremony you would never see in America. I thought it was well-known that Canadians have a good, quirky sense of humor.

I have my moments, when an unexpected joke will sneak out and it always takes people by surprise. But overall I think I tend to be rather serious.

Hopefully I have more of a sense of humour as an ex-Mo.

Maybe I'm working off of an incorrect stereotype, but I thought Canadians were funny. Admittedly I'm only going off of a handful of comics and two Canadian friends I've had. But yes - funny.

Conversely, I lived amongst mormons and found their sense of humor lacking. Well, they joked and they laughed, but I didn't know what was going on.

So I wondered if the mormonism squelched the quirky, funny canadian sense of humor.
