telestial glory

Did anyone else think the telestial glory would me an ok place? I did because I thought that's where all my friends would be, and I would want to be with them.Why would I want to be with people I can't stand?

Back when I went inactive due to my being gay, I still held onto my TBM world view. Since Joseph Smith said that if mortal man could see the telestial kingdom, he'd kill himself to get there, I figured it couldn't be all that bad. (plus, all the gay guys would be there!)
Years later, I discovered it was all hogwash anyway; now I'm an out, gay atheist....a gaytheist, if you will.
