That is so messed up I can't even think what to say!

You would think that he would choose an entirely different career path... but I dont think he will because he obviously wants to be close to children. If I was convicted of such a crime and wanted to be forgiven and avoid speculations of doing it again, I would NOT chose this career path. He is asking for trouble.

So his victim was a child under 14, and it was aggravated abuse, and he thinks it's remotely okay to be anywhere near kids??!

I think we all know sexual predators won't change.

If he is elected and some children are abused by him, anyone who voted him is just as guilty IMNSHO.

Sickening.

His bishop and stake pres. are probably the one who told him it was all behind him now. Just pick up where you left off.

Oh well, as long as his bishop says he's repented, I don't see the problem.
