I've seen varied apron. Some more elaborate than others. Some that were "leafy" at the bottom and some that were more scalloped. I don't think there is one pattern.
Members may make their own temple aprons only if they use the approved apron embroidery and sewing kit that is available through Church Distribution Services. Other temple ceremonial clothing may not be made. Nor may temple garments be made.
It was not a green square that was embroidered with leaves. She put the leaf pattern on the cloth then cut the apron around the edgeds so it actually looked like a bunch of leaves.
^^Lol,it feels so weird to me now that those words would even come out of my mouth. I own a temple apron. I'm a thirty year old male, and I own a temple apron!
During my mission I wore garments that were thermal winter long underwear. They kept me warm and toasty. Years later I found out that I was NOT supposed to be wearing the garments of the opposite gender. Big no, no! OOPS!
I do some where, I have been able to stamp the pattern on my toilet paper, and also have it embroidered on certain parts of my underwear. I will check.
