If women get the priesthood, what will we call it?

I've noticed many refer to the priesthood in reference to a certain male part.

Just wondering what we would call it if women get it.

Why not just "Sisterhood"?

Allow women greater autonomy and authority such as giving blessings again, giving temple recommends, and calling their own presidents, counselors, teachers (RS, YW, Primary, SS) and presiding from time to time at Church meetings such as Sacrament, leadership, conference etc., and provide their top leaders equal status as “general authorities” over women’s affairs, even membership in the top 15.

This way they would be independent of the priesthood.

Actually, priesthood in other groups includes priestesses. Of course, most groups don't refer to their clergy as priests.

In the Anglican/Church of England Women are simply called Priests. Nothing fancy.

They won't give women the priesthood because they'd have to confess maturation to a woman bishop. That would pretty much end male repentance.
