Damnation! I'm starting to get tired of all these lameass Facebook missionary campaigns. Apparently they want to get 250,000 people to participate in this event. Why do they always have some outrageous goal that they will never even get remotely close to?

Earliest depictions show him looking like quite the oriental/Arabic character. I don't know how true it is, but I read somewhere that the Roman Catholics began depicting him as more Anglo, because during the wars with the muslims the Christians felt awkward about killing people who looked like Jesus.

Why would anyone that is capable of "leading" want to do nothing more than "follow"?

Never understood that concept in religion.....I never wanted to be a follower...I prefer to lead, even if I have to cut a new path.

The church will try anything to try to appear Christian to the rest of the world.

More accurately, it should be "I'm following instructions from some men who claim to be leading me in the direction Jesus would want."
