Regarding posters on here commenting on some TBM woman's blog with the last name Kimball. I only caught the end of the report. What are they talking about??
Boohoo, sure, people should grow a thicker skin, but the way we treat Mormon bloggers on here, and the way we will even sometimes send a comment brigade to their blogs, has gotten pretty ugly in the past.
So what? If it leads to one person not being snared or comming out of the cult its worth it. You see we only have so many days to live before we die and the consensus is a lot of Mormons are living hell on earth especially the women whom are nothing but brood mares. I decide what Im going to say on what blog and for what reasons.
"I decide what Im going to say on what blog and for what reasons."
Good for you. I'm glad you have realized that you have the power to make your own decisions. That is an important step in recovery.
"So what? If it leads to one person not being snared or comming out of the cult its worth it."
It is doubtful that when we are being this way that our tactics are useful or would lead to one person leaving Mormonism. If deconversion is your goal, then treating these bloggers the way we have will be ineffective at best.
"Kimball’s site, allisonkimball.com, gets about 15-hundred hits a day, She wasn’t happy when a post was singled out for ridicule on exmormon.org, but she says the response to her messages has generally been welcome."
She has a nice family. A nice, BIG family. I pretty much agree with the comments on the thread that apparently drew some ire. She must be so exhausted and stressed with all of the church's expectations heaped upon her. I wish her all the luck in the world.
Do bloggers get paid for every hit to the site? Perhaps she needed a mass of hits to pay her tithing.
I thought about it after I went there. She seems to be a big Bedner supporter. Could she be related to the child Bedner inappropriatly grabbed during the talk?
I don't remember anyone criticizing a scrapbookblog.
I find her a valuable time savings by ignoring her and the blog.

Those poor mixed race kids, taught that their skin color makes them evil.
WTF is with the kid's name's??? LOAF? As in pinched one? Just set the kid up for ridicule.
In stead of the stupid @ss names they picked they might as well have called them all--'We are stupid @sses and are only suited to work as manual laborers.'
ahahah! -- those are fake names. Just for the blog.
And, seriously, like summer & ozpoof said -- most of the post here were more pity posts, not attacking comments. I agree with spicyspirit -- three years later, and she mentions that thread on the radio?
Seriously? If it bugged her THAT much, she really outta read about Joseph Smith, and his young wives...
