I took my kids to see Guardians of the Galaxy on Saturday afternoon in Ogden Utah. One of the trailers was for a movie about an Indian legend about a tribe that came over in turtle boats and the tribe still had glowing stones. So some mormons were on the trail to find them and seemed to meet some anti mormons on their journey.

I was almost embarrassed for the entire mormon church for how bad it looked. I had to laugh that there were many loud comments after the trailer that were not flattering.

Does anyone know anything about this upcoming mystery thriller?

The name was either "6 stones" or "7 stones". I can't remember. I have been googling since Saturday to post a link and I can't find one. That is why I decided to see if anyone here knew about it.

Surprised Peter Jackson opted to pass on this particular epic fantasy adventure. Oh well, his loss.

Utah is a strange place then. I though national releases came with specific trailers to be viewed. Do the mormons add in their own bull$hit movie trailers in edition to the approved ones by the movie studio distributor?

I didn't see that trailer.

Also, I was surprised to see this little tidbit under the content warning for "Saints and Soldiers: The Void":

"Someone passes gas."

Stop the presses, and get the children out.

This film belongs on the history channel, where the truth is history.

I couldn't even watch the whole trailer. This flick isn't even good enough to be on Syfy.
