If any of you are planning to send a check for your registration to the Conference, we wanted to remind you that the check needs to be written to The Exmormon Foundation, and NOT to our Treasurer. This makes it much more simple to get the deposits into the bank. Those checks need to reach the Treasurer by Monday, October 6th, as I have to give a dinner count to the hotel the next day. If they arrive later than that, we cannot guarantee a dinner. For those who want to pay when they arrive, there is also NO guarantee that there will be a dinner available. We do order a few extra but they are snapped up very quickly and usually gone by Saturday morning.

Deadline for rooms at the Doubletree Suites is next week on 9/18. Be sure and ask for the Exmormon Foundation's block of rooms. 1.801.359.7800 After the 18th, I will have to contact the hotel for you to see if any rooms are still available in the hotel
