I just spent 2 hours raking the leaves out of my long driveway. The SP was here last night visiting my mother (mother lives in the other side of my duplex). He and his teenaged son had to tromp through the leaves to get to her door. I'm sure that they made that empty statement that they always make to widows. "If you need any help, just let us know". I don't imagine that he noticed that we only have one deciduous tree in our yard and it is not by the driveway. All of those leaves came from the church. Arrgh!

That sucks.

You should write them a letter every 6 months to request that they cut down the tree. Tell them if your elderly mother trips, or you have a heart attack raking leaves that you will sue them. It won't be long, they'll cut down the tree. They really love to avoid law suits.
