When a staunch LDS friend asked why I thought I was happy after leaving I replied "You have seen my happiness, my greatness and glory and want to take possession of the whole of it".

He got really red faced and flustered and left quickly.

Since then I have made good use of phrases I learned from these guys.

"What is Wanted?"

"We will go down."

When I am at a food place or such with active members and we want to get something together and they ask if we have enough money I always say "We have sufficient for our needs" - and then tie it in with other familiar phrases.

to get their attention I always rap three times...

Drives temple going mormons nuts.

Every once in a while there is a temple going mormon that do this too.

"Return and Report" seems to be a rather popular phrase.

There's just so many good one liners from the temple though.

"It is delicious to the taste"

On the episode of "Survivor" that aired right after Thanksgiving, one of the contestants remarked that the feast the show provided was, "Delicious to the taste and very desirable" without missing a beat.

I later found out he is an RM and went to BYU briefly. Perhaps an ex-mo in the making?

Never having been to the temple I am clueless, but it would be rather funny to link these two phrases together:

For example:

"We will go down" ... it is delicious to the taste."

Ha ha haaaahahha

It's kind of like quoting from Napoleon Dynamite. It's reeealy dumb, but quoting it can be fun.

laugh loudly and apologize to the crowd saying I understand if you are nervous...you're supposed to avoid loud laughter aren't you??????

trolling mormons in Utah at the food counter with this monologue:

rap rap rap
You want to know "what is wanted?"
I want an ice tea.
Why? Do you ask?
Because it is delicious to the taste.
Do I have the money to pay for it?
I have suffcient for my needs.

Maybe I could also throw in a sign
Stand there with my left hand to the square with my money in the other hand....the second token or what ever...

or do the true order of prayer hands in the air three times during a prayer...maybe while blessing the food....

Or pray loudly
Dear Buddaa.....

Find the temple ceremony or at least the transcript on the internet, and you will understand what it means.

The text for the temple endowment ceremony is at: http://packham.n4m.org/endow90.htm

Here are several phrases (I’m going to list a bunch).

Will you give it to me
The patriarchal grip
Pronounced clean
Rule and reign
Depends on your faithfulness

Found naked
Do not defile it
What is that
Never to divulge
Judgment of god

Will not be mocked
Desire to withdraw
Make it known
Matter unorganized
Go ye down

Bring me word
Great rivers and small streams
Come Michael let us go down
The greater light

Place seeds of all kind
Spring forth
Fill the measure of its creation
Have joy therein
Havin’ Joy Herein

Glorious and beautiful
Tend and cultivate
East ward in eden
Be happy
Have joy

Be happy and have joy
Multiply and replenish
Good and evil
Our common enemy
Thrust out to tempt

Come again
We will rest from our labors
Come let us go down
We will go down
Till and take care of it

Here to form man
Our own likeness
Our own image
The breath of life
Become a living soul

Not good for man
Come upon this man
Having forgotten all
Like a little child
Close your eyes

Awake and arise
We give unto you
Dominion over all things
Lord over the whole earth
Thou mayest freely eat

Tree of knowledge
Tree of knowledge of good and evil
Thou shalt not eat
Choose for thyself
It is given unto thee

I forbid it
Thou shalt surely die
Further instructions
You have a new world here
A new world

I know nothing
Not yet opened
Must eat some
It will make you wise
I will not partake

Shall be as the gods
Very desirable
Who are you
I am your brother
Come here

Persuade me
Everything has its opposite
Virtue and vice
Pleasure and pain
Then I will partake

I cannot partake of it
Commanded us not to partake
Shall be cast out
Left alone
He who was cast out

Beginning to see
Further instructions
I hear their voices
They are coming
You are naked

Some fig leaves
Nakedness quick hide
Come let us hide
Because I was naked
The serpent beguiled me

What hast thou been doing here
Thou shalt be cursed
Beasts of the field
Upon thy belly thou shalt go
Dust thou shalt eat

I will place enmity
Bruise his heal
Crush thy head
Take the treasure of the earth
Will buy up armies

False priests who oppress
Tyrants who destroy
Horror on the earth
A flaming sword
That is correct

You shall receive it
Has it a name
Request shall be granted
Desires further light and knowledge
