Anyone have a link (RE: senior "missions")?

Not too long ago, I ran across a .pdf file online, detailing available senior mission assignments. There were a significant number of them described (maybe 30-40?) and I was very surprised that only a few of them had anything to do with service/humanitarian aid/etc. Most were free labor for one of the many for-profit ventures of TSCC.

I can't seem to locate the document, and I would like to reference it. Anyone have a link handy?
