I'm a newbie here, so forgive me if it has been covered. I've left the church after 30 years all-in. The wife has made it clear she loves the church more than me, and if she has to choose, I'll only get to see my five kids on weekends and holidays. She want to go to counseling. I'm OK with it in principal, but how can I possibly get a fair shake in marriage counseling that centers on religious differences, when 95% of the therapists in the state have made a solemn oath and covenant to place the interests of the church above EVERTHING else in their lives? Does anyone know a good marriage counselor in the Salt Lake City area, that is not going to automatically take her side in all religious issues?

Thanks

D

Here's another. This guy is fantastic! I'm Ex-mo and my wife is TBM. Both of us can't say enough good about him.
