Mormon.Org Chat: Anyone Ever A Missionary for This?

Were any of you ever a missionary, or worked for the church, "answering" questions on the church's website? What was it like? What kind of questions did you get? What % were trolls (like us)? Did you ever get thought provoking questions? How were they operated? What kind of guidelines did you follow? Did you refer them to higher ups for tougher questions?
