I'd say he was already out before his official Court of Love.

It's possible that nasty EQP he once mentioned actually drove him out. Or maybe it would have happened anyway, just based on the facts.

Yes, he was excommicated, and he made a point of thanking the church for doing for him what he was unwilling to do for himself.

He also asked me if I was really cabdriver...
