Seattle stake, (they called it something else, but growing up it was known as) 6th ward was dissolved early this month. The members are now split between a couple of other wards.
In my area of WA the ward I use to attend has several wards attending one building. Some of the people are driving a far distance to attend. The church has owned land to build another building for years & has been saying that they are planning to build. But No new building or plans any time soon. Last Sunday I drove by & there were plenty of empty parking spots.
