there is a kickboxing woman in the movie Meet the Mormons. However, 12 years ago, Faust spoke out against kickboxing women because they aren't being feminine or a good example of what a woman should be. Yeah, the portrayal in MtM is accurate....

well, yeah, but that was like, an apostle's OPINION from 12 years ago. It's 2015 now! Get with the times!

Old revelation versus New and Improved further light and knowledge. The living trump the dead every singe time. That is the beauty of having LIVING profits.

Verifiable source as to when and where Faust is alleged to have said this?

Link or it didn't happen.

It was on R(abb)it...

"Unfortunately, we see some very poor role models of womanhood in today’s society. We see women boxers and wrestlers as we flip through the television channels trying to find something uplifting. I believe the women of our time need to be strong, but not in that sense. In my opinion, these activities demean the nobility of womanhood."

A lot of really stupid things! Because he was such a MORmON Dumb Ass, about as much of a Dumb Ass as EPIC MORmON Dumb Ass Gordon BS Hinckley.

Another one of my favorites was when Faust spoke in Gen Conference and told about how his family, being of German origin, figured out that there family members on either side in some big battle of a world war on German homeland territory, and that they very likely could have been shooting at each other over / across the battle lines. Instead of using the opportunity to point out how tragic, trying and foolish that war usually is, as somebody with the title of Apostle of Jesus Christ should want to do, Faust used the opportunity to explain that unquestioning OBEDIENCE to leaders, whoever they may be and what ever they may demand, is the most important thing in life. So much for the higher sensibilities of MORmONISM!

I guess Faust thought of the members as simpletons.

Reading "The Little Red Engine That Could" for your conference address to the members as part of the high and mighty LDS church first presidency speaks volumes.

Maybe he was once kicked in the face by a woman.

If he was still alive, she could kick-box him into repentance.

Somehow I missed the kick-boxing class at BYU Relief Society.

This woman is representative of LDS women, while her husband is a stay-at home dad? Right, that's why there are all.... one of her.

And I suppose women aren't supposed to mud wrestle? Just who's going to do it?
